All trips picking up outside the Salt Lake Valley: You will be called back to confirm and prepay for the transportation. You will need to make sure you're available for the taxi when they arrive to pick you up. IF you're not available and the driver is in the city or origin you will still be required to pay for the transportation.
Only select one vehicle requirement if needed. If you select a sedan and a van, the software will look for a vehicle that's both. We have no sedans that are vans as well.
Make sure you are selecting the correct address including City. Every Utah city and town has a State Street and Main Street.
